Weekly Directors report

Good afternoon parents,

What a beautiful day we had for this year’s bike-a-thon!! The children all did such a great job and it was so fun to see them enjoy the special day!! A special thank you to Ashley Southard, Allison Smith, Allison Wacker, Laura Ringrose, Tracy Ullman, Jamie & Julie Burnett, Stacy Diamond and the incredible amount of volunteers that helped make this day run so smoothly. We couldn’t have done it without you! We have such an amazing amount of parent participation which is such a HUGE blessing! I know many of you took time out of your work schedule and day to either volunteer your time or to cheer your child and their class on. We appreciate all our families do to support us!!!

You may turn in your pledge envelope with all donations to your teacher or at the SCDC front desk all next week. I would like all donations turned in by next Thursday, October28th. I hope to be able to tell you in next week’s update how much we were able to raise in donations. Just as a reminder this is our “main” fundraiser for the school year at it directly benefits our preschool. We are a tax exempt status since we are a church and if you would like the information for tax purposes for donation giving please let me know and I will pass that information on. Thanks again for all of your generous support!!

Just a few reminders for next week:
